Awesome customer service !

<p>Getting insurance or dealing with insurance telesales and customer relations are usually a draining experience.. but how my opinion changed when i recently wanted to query my existing policy with Miway. After lodging my query i was contacted by Buhle Nkuna, senior customer services consultant. From the get go she was so pleasant, friendly and understanding ! We laughed and joked and made me feel like a valued client. I was so impressed with Buhle's assistance. She managed to adjust my policy tobmy exact needs with a lower premium and excess which was what i wanted. As a result of Buhle's great service I referred another friend who promptly contacted her on her direct line. Buhle phoned her back and transferred hwr tobanother consuktant GuGu who was also amazingly helpfull. I would like to commend these two ladies on a great job. Buhle , no wonder you are allready a senior member of staff at Miway. You have excellent people s****s and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. May you be very successfull in you career ahead.
