<p>I was unhappy about my premium and was about to cancel my policy until I was transferred to Diego, who was very calm enough to listen to my frustrations and confidently he assured me that he will make sure that by the end of the call I will be happy with the service and the premiums. true to his word I haven't cancelled my policy and i have additional benefits at a reduced monthly rate :)</p>
