I would like to take this opportunity to thank Numbuso regarding the query I had for my car policy, when she picked up insisted that it is a beautiful day because we had clear skies even though at that stage and time it was not for me she kept on saying it is. My query was well handled with promises of apology letter and refund on bank charges that I have incurred. Thanks for your professionalism and sense of humour
