Awesome Customer Experience

I would like to share my Experience I had with MI Insurer. Tuesday the 17 July 2018, I had a incident with my vehicle and i need my vehicle to be towed. I contacted MIWay at round about 8 and about 09:30 my Car was on a truck and on its way to get repaired. The agent I dealt with goes by the Name Sassy ( Hope I am spelling it correctly). I must say she honestly delivered professional customer service, she was contently in contact with me, to find out if everything is in order and a bonus was she was very Friendly. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU MIWay you guys once again proved you are the Insurance Company that people needs to be with, so they can have first hand experience of your AWESOME Customer Experience. And I must also add that I am insured by your guys because of my Husband. He had a accident last year and you guys were with us every step of the way. We never not once had any issues or had to follow up or call you nothing of the sort. So this will be the second WOW experience we had with you. So once again 10 out of 10 .!
