Awesome client service
To Thobane Mahlaba at MiWay, online consultant, thank you very much for the quick response on all the questions I have asked on the online chat. I tried to throw you a curve ball but you really handled all the questions very well. Keep up the good work! Then to MiWay, thanks for the online option you implemented. It is much quicker than making a phone call and the online consultants are as efficient and helpful as your Customer Service (086 number). I have been with you guys for almost 10 months now and the service are far better than my previous insurer . Great stuff!!
