I unfortunately had to put in a claim for my spouse, due to someone smashing her car-1stly to MiWay the app is awesome fast and efficient- claim number was generated same time and all feedback was on time and on point, Then from the assessment to the real star claims advisor Galo Boikanyo - she kept in contact non stop even at the request of me asking her to call back she stayed after her finishing time- on 10/03/2016 just to provide feedback and even further to that to make sure the next day before I got to work she called bright and early to complete and confirm claim authorised...This is why I will never leave MiWay you have a real GEM is this advisor...and I further to all this have had my claim complete within a week and even got R1000.00 less on my excess...im very pleased of the great service. and lastly await further feedback from the legal dept regarding assistance in having my excess retrieved by guilty party!!
