I was not comfortable with some of the conditions associated with a business policy that i had accepted from Miway and was ready to walk away. Gloria from their Business Retention department called and discussed/explained and sorted things out and i am very happy with my offer. Thanks for calling multiple times, finally getting me and resolving my issue for me. Very happy.
