Avoiding to cancel my policy

I was given a quote for my car insurance yesterday and was told by the salesman that he will call me this morning at 9-00am to finalise the deal and assist me with cancelling my current provider. This person did not call . i called them later on as i was worried about funds being taken out of my bank account . i called 5 times to make querries and no body assisted me . i was left to hold on the line for a total of 2 hours . this is unacceptable. Now i wish to cancel and all of a sudden everyone is in a meeting and the lines are busy . down with the pathetic service of miway . *****s and *********. Worst insurance company to ever deal with . they just want to rip you off and dont value customers
