Avoiding paying 3rd party

My gardener was involved in an accident where a Miway client skipped a stop street & crashed into him. After waiting months for a decision Miway eventually decided it was 20% his fault therefore he has to pay 20% of their clients damages which comes to more than 75% of what he claimed from them. They have fixed their clients car while this poor man cannot use his Shame on you Miway - you are taking advantage of an uneducated man who cannot afford a lawyer. I’m disgusted!
