<p>I called the MiWay to enquire on the debit (for my car insurance) that did not go off on the 15th of this month. I was kept on the line for quite some time until ultimately i was cut off the line. I called again after an about an hour where i had to start all over explaining the reason for my call. I then received assistance after a few minutes on the line.</p>
