Authorisation
I have submitted my claim by the 17th July 2023. I have been waiting for the authority since it’s 7 days. The first guy I spoke to on Monday said I will get the authority by the end of the day because the manager was not at work on Friday . The lady I spoke to yesterday said I will get it today. My assessor sent an email now saying I should wait for the 2nd of August. I would like to hear from you when will I get the authority as I have to vacate where I am staying currently by Friday and the car has to move as well.
