am really disappointed in miway lately the way they have been controlling themselves in my account my biggest regret was to take out an insurance with them, they have been going into my account before our agreed date and debit the last money i have that is supposed to buy bread for my kids this is very unprofessional, unacceptable and very bad business practices, they are bullying me and taking my money at once, our agreed debit date is the 28th of every month yet they have been going into my account every month before the 28th and debit my money its very unacceptable i have been with them for sometimes but this i cannot tolerate am moving i want my money reversed you will debit again on our agreed date and this also serves as a notice to terminate our relationship.
