Attitude towards the customer service
I am a new customer of miway . So far very happy the way agents responds to the queries and requests. Today I phoned th ed call centre to resend the policy confirmation letter with the format bank requested and the I would like to thank the agent Tholakele mtshali for the way my request was handled. She phoned me back to make sure that the letter was useful to serve the purpose. I hope I get the same kind of service from miway in future.
