Attitude poor service
<p>I was with outsurance for the past 2 years due to affordability I decided to change to miway even though I was warned that I will regret my move. So Friday dated 2 June 2017 got a call from Shaun to tell me about my claim that it has been declined. I immediately remembered that I was warned about this I requested for cancellation asap the guy I spoked to treated me like he owns the company he told me that the reason why my claim was declined its coz of my attitude he asked me arrogant questions even his supervisor was not professional at all I will never recommend miway to anybody try other companies if u want to be happy I'm going back to outsurance I'd rather pay little bit extra for a good service and be sure that my needs Will be met.</p>

It's Been over 5 days still no call as I expected. The service its just to pathetic I cancelled the policy and reversed the debit order so u guys can continue with ur lives. I even went to your Facebook page its nice to see that I am not the only one who is fedup with miway as the guy I was dealing with kept on claiming that u the best NO! Outsurance is the best......

I suggest u listen to the calls and tell me if it's really worth calling u again to get that s**** service. Don't bother calling me actually is been 2 weeks so people must know that miway is **** go to your Facebook page and see the comments and even here on hello Peter
