attitude

I am a client that complains a lot and when i was about to complain about miway not returning my call they did and the lady that assisted me Nokuthula I must say she has a wonderful attitude and i hope it will rub on her other colleagues she works with, reason im saying this i called on the 6th of October and the guy that was helping me was so clueless i could not help just to drop the phone. and after he sent a msg saying he was crying to call me back which my phone never rang. KEEP UP WITH YOUR ATTITUDE AND FRIENDLY VOICE
