Atrocious Service
i called miway on the 2nd October to cancel my policy because i got a good rate from SAunderwriters, Miway then gave me a competitive rate and i decided to remain with them.And looking at the policy the quotation was R400+ cheaper than what was on the policy. I called them on the 9th to inform them of the issue and then said they should listen the call i made to them on the 2nd but they sounded like they just turning a blind eye. Your service is atrocious
