@MIWAY,PATHETIC AND USELESS SERVICE...

I have been a loyal customer of Miway for the past 5 years, after my putting in a claim for my 1st major vehicle accident, I am receiving pathetic service from Miway. I am being treated like a ********. My neighbors are being questioned and intimidated by the investigator. It has been 17 days since the accident, no one has gotten back to me regarding my claim. I phoned in last Wednesday, u was told the claim will be finalized by Friday 19 March 2021. Still no calls or mails. I am really upset with this pathetic service, I am really considering cancelling my policy with Miway. I have 3 vehicles , household cover and building cover with Miway.
