At first my call was taken by a gentleman that I can’t even recall his name due to his unfriendliness he suggested that I send him my location which I did however he cut the line and he never returned to me to check if am ok or not

At first my call was taken by a gentleman that I can’t even recall his name due to his unfriendliness he suggested that I send him my location which I did however he cut the line and he never returned to me to check if am ok or not. I had to make a second phone call which was answered by Ms Lindela she immediately reinstalled hope in me She was very professional kind and very competent in what she’s doing. I was effectively and efficiently assisted very swiftly even. She made the efforts of following up to ensure that the tow truck did indeed come and whether or not am home safe. She a very great asset to the MiWay family as she has the best interest of the customer and the organization at heart Am very grateful for her services
