At first I was less than impressed. I spoke to 3 consultants on the claim line who didn’t seem to know what to do and kept transferring me to different consultant. I was finally transferred to Jaime Dyers who is efficient and professional. She single-handedly saved Miway’s reputation in my eyes. Thanks to her, I have given 5 stars. If I were rating the first 3, I’d be giving a fat zero.
