At first I was frustrated and the guy known as Maduvha spoke with me on the phone and he really assisted me perfectly. He explained everything about my cover and give me good reasons about why the insurance was increasing. At end, I saw his point of view and i realised that it was fair. That's I am happy about the offer. I must say Maduvha is a good listener and he does not get frustrated. He was calm despite the fact that I was not having a good day and I was angry. But, he made me calm down.
