At a loss for words .....

After someone reversed into my car while parked at home, I went to the police station for a case number after which I lodged a claim with MiWay. This was after 1st trying online, then on two occasions I left a callback request, but nobody responded. I called again and very helpful took the details of the incident and said an assessor would contact me. The assessor came around to interview me, asking me the same stuff the 1st lady did. She then interviewed the neighbours. Later 2 of my neighbours came to complain this lady was harassing them. After that another person called me & again I explained what happened. He then asked about when last I drove the car after which he started accusing me that the car didn't drive and that this was old damage. I rep**** that this car was inspected when I joined Miway, therefore why would I after years of being insured make up a story.I f there is an accident whether my fault or not, I just claim, that's why the insurance is there. And after the incident A drove the car into the drive way. Needless to say, a few days later I got emailed a rejection letter stating the claim was rejected because I didn't report this within 30 days of incident.????
