Astounding!

Called MiWay for a policy review regarding my car insurance policy. I was delighted by both Thelma (the senior consultant) as well as Oefentse (the general enquiries consultant). Oefentse was competent and managed my expectations very well. She immediately explained what her mandate was and assisted in reducing my access significantly. She then followed-through on her promise of explaining to the senior consultant (Thelma) what my query was so that I would not have to repeat myself. Upon reaching Thelma, my experience was seamless and efficient, Thelma assisted me effectively in reducing my monthly premiums. Overall great experience.
