Asssiting with connecting me to claims department

The above mentioned gentlemen was very helpful with getting me connected with claims department that i had difficulty getting through to. He went out of his way to assist me and made sure i got the help that i needed. I understand that guys can be busy but maybe the company must look at getting more staff especially in that department as its always a struggle to get through to that department. But thanks to Andrew i got helped.
