Association with poor service panelbeaters

You guys took my mum's car to Transletaba panelbeaters even though they have such bad reviews,my mum was involved in a car accident end of January 2024 and to date we still get empty promises about completion date,how do you keep such people on your database?or you just don't care?I just checking what people are saying about that company on hellopeter and I must say I'm disappointed at you for dealing with such dishonest people. My mum is really inconvenienced by this,we have been calling you guys to follow up with them because they are forever promising us lies,even last week they promised us that it will be ready on Monday, today is Tuesday and the car is still not ready,if you ever take my mum's car to these people,just know you would have lost her as a client.
