Assitance after horrific Car accident

I was involved in a car accident on Sunday afternoon 11th of November 2018, I appreciated the prompt assistance from Ntokozo who was very sympathetic and efficient. He was very understanding and I could tell that I was speaking to a human on the other side, he actually asked how I was doing and whether there was an ambulance on site further to that he called me on Monday morning to check if I was fine and he also put me through to the claims department so my claim could be processed.
