Assistance with system faulty on insurance policies

<p>I added a vehicle onto my policy and forgot to add shortfall insurance. I added this the next day and the premium jumped by R300. When calling Miway, I spoke to Mpho Makhene who was fantasic at assisting me.</p> <p> </p> <p>At the end of it all, it seems there is an IT glitch, but Mpho managed to arrange a discount on several items to try and reduce the premium back to where it should be.</p> <p> </p> <p>Although not solved, great service to try and rectify the isssue. Lets hope this continues until the problem is fixed. </p>
