Assistance with Policy Update

This acknowledges the wonderful service received this morning. What Maggie did was a simple gesture of professionalism but left a big impact on my confidence on MiWay as a customer. It felt good to call and be attended to by someone pleasant and knowledgeable. What I found outstanding was how she offered information, asked the relevant questions and kept the conversation going while she was busy on the system. <br> <br> South Africa will be a better country when it comes to Call Centre Customer Service should everyone have the same attitude as Maggie.
