Assistance with car insurance contract review

I had contacted my way several times by email but did not get the outcome I was looking for regarding review of the premium for my car insurance. I left a message yesterday. After several consultants, I was eventually assisted by Poeletso who managed to calm me down as I wanted to terminate and go with another insurer She took time to negotiate and explained some details on insurances. She also adhe dressed the review of my premium highlighting that I had established a good relationship with Miway and she did not want things to end that way. I was pleased with her service especially because I did not feel like she was forcing me into making a decision. She gave me ample time to get back to her with my decision. I commend her for her character and commitment.
