Assistance that is Disgustingly unreliable

You pay for insurance for 5 years with no default. And the first time you request a tow truck you have to wait 2 hours for it to get to you in the middle of the highway. As a female I have to sit in the dark waiting for your assistance but I requested it 3 hours ago. Wow, I'm highly disappointed and I refuse to refer you guys to anyone else. What if something happened to me as I waited for you guys for such a long time? ********* could have noticed that I have been sitting on the side of the road for all that time and attacked me. What then? Would a dead person been able to pay for the premiums you constantly charge? You don't even call to check if help has come to my aid or not? Then you bring me a tow truck with a driver who is on their cellphone throughout the duration of my trip home. Unsafe driving habits. I felt like you guys had no regard for my life or the business I bring to you.
