Assistance on claim.
Hi <br> <br> I had sent through a complain about how my claim was handled and i am happy to say that i got assistance from Unica the Claims Team Manager. She really went of her way to resolve all my frastrations and i am realy greatful for her assistance. Everything went through so swiftly and claim No 607774 has really a success story. We had a rough start but what matters is how it eventually got resolved. I really appreciate your service. Your quick response, emails and phone calls really go a long way and please keep it up.<br> <br> Thanks much appreciated.
