ASSISTANCE IN UPDATING MY POLICY

I made a call four hours ago and i was told to hang on for more that 10 minutes. The person called me back and told me that the was an influx of calls. He will call me later. I have been waiting on that call. Due to the hours passing bye I then called back. The person who assisted me was Koketso Mashishi. She was the nicest person and was able to assist me and also made me feel welcomed as a mi way client. I would to rate her and give her a big well - deserved nine.
