Assessment wrongly done on my car

Beautiful service once again Miway. I must say this is the fourth time with the same car you have decided to write it off again for dents and scratches UNBELIEVABLE!!!!And once again the same people do assessment on my car and escalate the quote to look like my car is badly damaged. I have three quotes from three different panel beaters and VW approved as well and they have not written my car off. The last time for vendor damage your claims department wanted to write my car off but MF Autobody repaired the car for R8000.00. Do I pay insurance so that for small amounts you can write my car off, Yes my car might not be the most expensive car but I take pride in my car cause its mine and I pay for it. Should you guys not change your decision I will retract all my insurance I have with you currently and move to an insurance company who will care about my car. I have been with you for years look at my profile and see how long I have been loyal....shockingly I am disgusted that I phoned Kgotso this morning and explained that the assessor was rude to me. And I am still waiting for his call but instead I get your email to say hand over your CAR???
