Ask for roadside assistance via the WhatsApp menu. Was assisted, fairly quickly and tow was arrange by agent assisting me via WhatsApp. However, the wrong details was given through to the towing company, I had to give the my location when they phoned. I had previously used the MiWay app to log a query for roadside assistance and found it to be a smoother, faster and more accurate process.
