As my car insurer, they helped me get my car towed to my service centre for a transmission issue. I have a mechanical warranty cover, that refused to tow me because my car was in a safe place, even though i must now lodge a claim with them for the repairs. But MiWay just asked me where i am and where i need the car towed to, then attended to that with no issues. The agent dealing with me communicated very well and checked in afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly. That was a very stressful situation, averted for me by MiWay. Thank you
