As always... awesome service!!!!

Early last week I spoke to Bridgette (not sure of her surname) at the call centre since I was in the process of buying a new car and wanted to update my policy. Since I did not have all the necessary information she promised to phone me the Thursday,05/10/17 at 11h00 and as promised I got a call just after 11 on the day from Zinthle Khumalo since Bridgette could not attend to my call and asked her to assist me instead. What amazing service I received from Bridgette and Zinthle!! Both were very friendly, were efficient, professional and both had such sparkling personalities! What a pleasure chatting to them and being served by such awesome ladies. I have been phoning MiWay for a couple of times since being a member and guys.... you are all amazing!!! Keep it up!
