Arrogant Sales Person

<p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>My wife received a call yesterday from a MiWay sales consultant, she's seen the number call her numerous times and gave the phone to me to answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon answering the phone and the sales consultant telling me he is from MiWay I told him that I'm not interested in receiving a quote from MiWay. He proceeded to ask me if I currently have insurance and I confirmed that I do.</p> <p> </p> <p>He then proceeded to ask me who I am insured with, I told him that I don't want to give him that information. He continued to ask me the same question about 6 times and I kept on telling him that I'm not giving my information to him. </p> <p> </p> <p>At this point I'm already irritated by his attitude, he then proceeds to ask if I'm a resident of the Western Cape, I told him again that I'm not providing him with any information and asked why he wants to know. He then started laughing at me and again proceeded to ask who I'm insured with. He then proceeded to ask the same question another 3 times while laughing and being sarcastic with me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I asked his name a couple of times but, he completely ignored my questions. I'm appalled by this interaction with your sales department, I don't event want to imagine how an interaction with your claims department will be.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
