Arrangement not kept

<p>Last month I received a quote for our 2 vehicles. The sales agent told me right at the end there is an one off joining fee. </p> <p>I was not happy about it and he spoke to his manager to waiver the amount. I confirmed and reconfirmed several times that I will not be charged the once-off joining fee. Secondly, I specifically asked that my debit order date must be in the 1st of every month. On the 30th of May MiWay deducted not only the 1st months premium but also the joining fee before my salary was paid in. </p> <p>MiWay, this is not a good start on your behalf, please correct the above matter asap. </p> <p>How to hear from you soon. </p> <p>Thanking you in advance. </p>
