Approved claim and a panel beater from a different province

Micaela Bassett her service sucks and she is rude, I have send emails to her and even made numerous phone calls .No feedback and I have been booked to drive +2 hours to halfway Bloemfontein to a panel beater do you guys care about the safety of your client as a woman I must leave the house at 4am for my 7am appointment when I stay in Soweto they cant even drop me off and travel back 4 hours with public transport home . Now I'm getting a lot of calls from the panel beater and no even a word from MiWay .I have never received such treatment before with the past good service I used to get but now no-ways it makes me worried .C***
