Appreciation: Miway Excellent Customer Service

<p>I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your employees. On Thursday, 14 December 2016 I called Miway Insurance Company (Kosmosdal) regarding a certain query / complaint. Honestly speaking I was so frustrated, hopeless and emotional since it was a challenging matter that I thought it would never be resolved, in fact I was about to shop around for another insurance company. When I called I was attended to by the lady called Nonhlanhla Simelane who provided helpful advice and recommended that I should speak to someone else who might be of further assistance. At first I refused, saying I better cancel the policy. She was so patient with me and insisted to put me through to someone else. She then referred me to Poeletso Maloka, Poeletso took her time to listen attentively to my complaint / query with a great deal of patience. The lady (Poeletso) had a caring approach and she is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards Poeletso for her speedy and efficient services. I would like to commend Poeletso for her professionalism and superlative s****s.
