Appreciation letter

Traveling from work to home we had car problems, the car had a mechanical issue, I called Miway as my insurance provider. I spoke to a lady by the name of Kwandile Khanyile, I must stay her customer service was exceptional.

She was very efficient and her professionalism was out of this world, she knew what to do. I just want to acknowledge the good service the is providing, it is people like her that makes customer service bearable. I would also like to that Max from Firsthelp who made sure we got home safe. This guy's deserve a bell's.
