I'm writing this review to express my gratitude & appreciation for the assistance I received from Lerato (Retention specialist at MiWay Insurance). Lerato is such a humble and very sweet kind of person, she's a good listener and very knowledgeable with her work. I'm grateful for how she handled all my frustrations and handed me a great smile after the call. I am so happy with her service and what a great start of the day. My premium is now discounted with full comprehensive, car and credit shortfall.

It very important as well to thank MiWay Insurance for the wonderful service they are providing to people like me, I drive my car very peaceful and it’s because I'm insured with MiWay Insurance.
