Appreciation for Excellent Customer Service

Dear MiWay Team,

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Michelle Esther Coetzee for her outstanding service yesterday. I experienced a tyre problem, and when I called MiWay, Michelle took my call and assisted me efficiently. She promptly arranged a tow truck, which arrived within 10 minutes, and continuously checked on me throughout the process.

When I mentioned that I had no means of getting home, she reassured me and informed me about my Uber benefits, even sending me a voucher. I was truly amazed, as I was unaware of this benefit, and I was left feeling proud to be a MiWay client.

As a customer service manager myself, this experience has deeply inspired me to go the extra mile for the customers I serve every day. Michelle’s dedication and professionalism deserve to be acknowledged, and I truly appreciate the level of service I received.
