Appreciation for excellence service
On the 23rd of December I had an accident and just like in many instances a number of Tow Vans came and all wanted to Tow my car. Luckily I was conscious and quickly made a call to miway where I was assisted by Sesi Phasha. She then arranged a conference call with one of a Tow guys and myself until I was assured about who got the authorisation to tow my car. Her level oe professionalism and service excellence is commendable.
