Appreciation for a service well rendered by Thato

Last Night i had mechanical breakdown and i called MIWAY. I was assisted by one calm, gentle, kind, compassionate and understanding gentleman by the name of Thato. He went beyond his line of duty to help me. While i was frustrated and stranded. He took his time to undertand the situation i was facing and came up with the solutions for me.He was with me until the tow truck arrived. He words of comfort during this time gave me something to smile for. This country need more people like Thato who are selfless and put others first. Thank you Thato for an excellent services yesterday. You are a valuable asset to my insurer. I hope they see that in you and groom you to climb up the ranks. Keep up the good work
