Appreciated Good service

<p>I would like to thank Olga Funzani who was assisting me with the claim that I submitted for my car. She needed to check with my mother as she was with me when we had the misfortune. I would like to thank her how she handled the phone call. My mother is not young anymore and is fragile. Olga gathered her thoughts carefully before calling her and made sure that she gets the required confirmation without being insentitive to my mother. And for that I say .. give that lady a Bells.
