<p>i was involved in an accident on January 9,2017 after joining MiWay Insurance in November 2016 which a paid a pro-rata in November and full cover in end of November. the access was R3000.00 which i agreed on but when i was lodging a claim i was told to pay additional R5000.00 which the consultant did tell me about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>another incident my windscreen need to be replaced after the truck dropped the stone and again i was told to pay R1100 while i call PG Glass to enquire it was more less than the amount the insurance asked me to pay.</p> <p> </p> <p>i will appreciate if they can take their administration fee out of the money i have paid already and refund me. they dont explain to the clients because they need business and you will be told when making a claim</p>
