Applauding Thabiso Dibakwane

Good day

I would like to extend my appreciation to Thabiso Dibakwane for helping me with my claim follow up with the repairer.

I was not happy with the repairer for taking way too long to complete the repair, the I called Miway and spoke with Thabiso. He managed to take it up on himself to do a conference call with them and find out why there was such a delay.

I appreciate his professionalism, diligence and efforts in assisting me. I have called Miway a few days ago for same query, but I was not happy. I wish everyone there would have the same urge to assist customers as Thabiso, he is an asset to Miway.

The repair still not complete yet, but because of Thabiso, I am satisfied and got the answers I needed.

NB: The 5 star rating is for Thabiso, and Miway a gets 4.
