Appauling Claims process

I registered a claim with MiWay in March 2025, for an accident I caused and admitted full accountability. Fast forward 3 months later, the 3rd party's vehicle has still not been fixed despite all the required information being sent by the 3rd party. Why is this taking so long to be resolved? I am cancelling my cover once this is resolved because your claims process and service is terrible.
