Appalling service from MiWay

I would just like to warn anyone who wishes to insure with MiWay about the appalling service. If you are already insured with MiWay, change to another insurance company immediately. I recently put in a claim on my laptop, which is insured for R19 000. After not hearing from them, I called. They told me an agent had called and spoken to me, which was false. I was also told that the company who checked the laptop, told them the replacement value was R4000. This company sent me their report , and no valuation was included - another lie. I've sent numerous emails to MiWay, ALL of them had so far been ignored. When I contact them on Whatsapp, they simply refer me to another person who doesn't respond. It has been a very unpleasant and frustrating experience. Please don't waste your money on insuring with MiWay, you will regret it
