Appalling service

Their consultants are so rude and never willing to listen … These people sent me a letter in October stating that my policy premium has been reviewed and will remain the same only to receive another one onthe 24th of November saying my premium has been increased effective from the 27th of November. I called them complaining about the short notice as I don’t have that kind of money and why I was told that my premium won’t increase inthe first place …. The lady I spoke to wasn’t willing to help as well as the so called senior manager she transferred me to. I ended up canceling my policy as I was quoted another high premium during the call which was just ridiculous. My premium went from R618 to 710 then 1200 all in one call. This company is just a money making scheme.
